Our Compliance Framework is governed by a series of codes and policies, the foundation of which is the Code of Business Principles and Conduct.
The Code of Business Principles and Conduct, together of the Code of Ethics, relate to the legal and ethical standards of conduct that we require our employees and partners to comply with while carrying out their duties on behalf of the Company. We expect our employees and partners to apply the Codes in their activities, to exercise independent professional judgement and to deter wrongdoing in the conduct of all duties.
Employees are required to promote ethical behavior, and encourage their colleagues to talk to supervisors, managers or other appropriate personnel when in doubt about the best course of action in a particular situation. We require any incidence of misconduct, conflict of interest, or illegal activity be reported via the routes set out under the Whistleblower Policy. All issues reported are confidential and will be treated seriously and discreetly. Employees may report anonymously should that be their preference. The Company will not allow retaliation for reports made in good faith.
